The worst ticket selling experience I've ever come across!
I typically do not go out of my way to complain about a service but since I started using Flashseats to sell my playoff tickets a few weeks ago, I've had nothing but issues. First, the site is very difficult to navigate around for even an advanced internet user such as ...myself as the navigation is not very intuitive. Its not explained very well initially that once tickets are purchased they can never be printed out (a very important detail!). It almost seems like you don't want a seller to transfer money to his/her bank account because it is very difficult to find the correct link to do just that. Then once you find it, there's the issue of taking 10 business days to transfer funds to a bank account which is absurd. The only thing more absurd is being able to only process one transaction at a time. I'm almost positive that this restriction is an arbitrary one that has been put in place to prevent seller's from transferring too much of their money at any given time.
Great place to get cheap seats for venues without dealing with scalpers
