Bill Bradley and Gloria Dragani (married), co-founders of FHT, have worked in hospitality technology for many years. Bill has over 35 years working wi...th point-of-sale and other technologies. He believes adding robots not only solves an employee shortage, but provides a platform to increase profit. He observes that "based on restaurant users elsewhere, an average-sized restaurant can see a savings of about 1.5 employees/year and see a return on investment of less than one year. It is a no-brainer." Gloria has over 20 years managing restaurants, being a chef, and running retail businesses. She understands what it takes to make a business stand-out and succeed.

The founders are complemented by a team of customer account managers and installers. Bill believes the technologies we offer are the NEW NORMAL in hospitality for 2022 and beyond.

FHT also sells a Timed-Gaming product for a business such as Billiard and Pool, Ax Throwing, Seasonal sport rentals (Ski-dos and such). First new product for this market since the early 2000s.
