LOVE HER WORK
Very Unprofessional
Obviously, this owner has no idea how to run a business. When I called to ask inquiry about the order placed (over 100) the owner hung up. Thinking that there was a phone connection problem, I called back. The owner hung up again. This owner does not understand the ...power of word of mouth. I would not send my worst enemy to this florist. If you cannot talk to people with respect or discuss a problem calmly then you are in the wrong business. No one needs to be disrespected when ordering flowers for a funeral. The owner is rude and classless.
