Foot Comfort Center Diabetic Shoes

I have received shoes several times from this store and have nothing negative to say. The gals who fit my feet were polite and very helpful and know their job well. I highly recommend getting your diabetic shoes from here.

How disappointing and sad, a shoe store that knows nothing about shoes. They do not even know what subornation or pro-nation are. (The tendency for the ankle to rotate in or out.) They do not know the difference between a running shoe or a Basketball shoe. They will inf...er you are a thief by asking you over and over if your 'really' a diabetic. They have hired Russian immigrants (which is great) but they are not trained in English which makes the visit feel very insecure. Some locations are maned by a single employee less then 20 years of age who do not know the shoe business, again not very confidence building. The owner (Murry) claims in his defense, ..."they do not need to know anything about shoes, they only need to know how to fit an insert"... He was rude on the phone. They use a standard universal-fit heat-molded insert. But can I trust a non-medical staff to even care about my feet? My friend ordered shoes for my parents who live in Russia.He probably recieved the best customer service ever. Even though, the prices are not cheap, but definitely worth it. My parents were very satisfied with the color and the comfort of the shoes. Thank you Foot Comfort Center Diabetic Shoes!)))
