husband wife team and they are both rude. rude when i returned their call to complete a delivery to my house after my sister died [his words 'hello...what do you want']. rude when i called to report how rude he was [she wants to blame me...i'm not the one that owns a forward facing business]. \t\n\t\nand they are not in hermitage...they are in old hickory

My husband & I have used Friendly Florist for over 13 years and had excellent service everytime. The flowers have always been beautiful and we continue to use them long after moving from Old Hickory. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I had flowers sent to a relatives funeral,and they were wilted when they arrived.I called the florist,and the person who answered was rude and offered nothing for the flowers I had ordered and paid for.
