Not the greatest
When you read the description it seems pretty nice and safe; however, since I have lived here, for almost a year now, there are some major issues. First, it says the apartment complex is gated...however anyone can enter if they just wait for another car to come out or ...follow another car in. Second, there is limited hot water for people in the building. Every time I shower I only get hot water for 1 minute. Third, I know that it's good to have maintenance come in and change the filters and check the alarm system; however, they DO have another key to your apartment so they usually knock twice and then let themselves in immediately. (If you are in the shower at that time, how would you feel?) Fourth, the parking situation is to laugh for. When I have guests over they can only park in the gravel lot...which is small, cramp, and dirty for the most part. Oh, and did I mention that if you have multiple guests make sure they only go in one car because that is all I'm allowed to have.
