Fusco's via Roma

Celebrating their 3rd anniversary February 1st, 2008 the only Italian Trattoria in Cobb County has become famous for its great service, warm cozy atmosphere and fresh Italian cuisine. To many people Italian food means a plate covered with so much red sauce you can bar...ely taste the ingredients. At Fusco’s via Roma you will find fresh dishes of fish, veal, duck, prime steak, chicken, pasta, gnocchi and seafood risotto. Chef David Fusco strives to source fresh organic ingredients whenever it is available. You will not find a steam table in this kitchen where every dish is hand sautéed or grilled to order – except of course the in-house hand made lasagna!

Located in a 110 year old building, the rich historic wood floor, original ceiling of wood beams, and brick walls create the perfect atmosphere for this unique Trattoria. Fusco’s via Roma is not your strip center Pizza & Pasta joint. Many of the loyal customers comment that the fresh style of cooking and the rustic décor bring back fond memories of trips they have taken to Italy. New customers are finding that with so many new “typical” Americanized-Italian restaurants and pizzerias coming to the area, it’s refreshing to find a high quality, great Italian meal outside the perimeter. Even though Fusco’s via Roma is a very family friendly establishment, many choose to come for date night, Ladies’ night out, birthdays, special occasions or just an evening with friends and neighbors. Rehearsal dinners and corporate events are a common occurrence at Fusco’s Via Roma.

House-made Infused Vodkas and their large Martini’s have made Fusco’s Martinis the talk of the town and prompted the rapidly growing “Fusco’s Martini Club”. Thursday’s feature the largest Martini’s in Atlanta at special pricing. The extensive Wine List makes for the very popular Wine Wednesday Half price bottles special. Many Ladies Night Out groups can be seen on Wednesday nights at Fusco’s via Roma.
