Friendly, knowledgeable
I visited Gatlinburg Camera the first time January 2013. I was having a problem with my laptop reading some images on my SD card so I wanted to buy a SD card reader. When we got to the store it was closed for winter. There was a sign on the door that said call for se...rvice so we did. I spoke with the owner, Jen, who said that it would be no problem for her husband (Jonnie) to come down to help us. i said I didn't want to put them to any trouble and she assured me that it was no problem. Within 10 minutes Jonnie arrived.I explained my situation to Jonnie and he asked if he could look at the images on his laptop. The images did not look like they looked on my laptop so I opted to not get the card reader. (When I later uploaded them again they looked fine.)After talking about cameras and Gatlinburg with Jonnie for over an hour I ended up buying a polarizing filter after he showed me the benefits of having one. I love it!

I recently was on vacation in Gatlinburg and needed to check out some lens options so I decided to stop in at Gatlinburg Camera. So glad I did it was an amazing and very helpful experience they go above and beyond to help in your photography needs!!! Jennifer assisted ...me and gave me some great pointers also some helpful site information!! She even returned my call in regards to purchasing a flash for my camera after I returned home from my vacation!!! (WOW)...Being new at using my EOS Rebel Canon T2i her help was greatly appreciated what can I say except an awesome buying experience....Thank you!!!
