Great Service - Amazing People!!!
My laptop died and I took it to Genes computers, they diagnosed it the same day, my laptop was dead for good :( but...ta-ta-ra-ra...Andy to the rescue, he pulled out my drive retrived all my files and set me up with another laptop with all my files. Very inexpensive, r...easonable and prompt. They take their job seriously because they know that honesty and service satisfaction means a happy customer who will refer new business. Oh, and we had great conversations while in the shop. Do yourself a favor and stop by to meet Carmen, Amy and Andy, you'll be happy you did so. Sincerely, Milly "La Salsera Sensual"
dissatisfied customer.
The service at this business is terrible. I do not think the owner knows what he is doing. I vleft a computer for over a week and when I picked it up, I could not even boot it up when I got back to my office.
