Perfect transaction by mail-in for laptop
I highly recommed this company for laptop repairs. I found a video on you tube on how they could fix my laptop. Mailed it in and bam it was fixed and had it back in know time. They are very knowlegable and friendly. Will use them again in the future. AAA+++++ Business.

Horrible customer service and overall service. I did the mail-based repairs advertised by them on their webpage and through eBay. They returned my laptop un-repaired and the kept the RAM that was in it. They deny everything and refuse to refund me or return my stolen RAM. On top of losing $88 ($18 shipping, $70 repairs) with their non-service and non-repair
