Georgia Home Pros

I needed some guidance to get my ideas organized and my argument clear, so I decided to try college essay writers for hire who actually understand what students go through and can help turn a messy draft into something readable and polished.

Georgia Home Pros. are Georgia's Number 1 home inspection company in my opinion. They were prompt, professional, honest and very thorough . They took photos of the incompetent workmanship this roofing company had provided me. With their many years of experience , I fel...t 100 % satisfied with Mr Webb's expert suggestions and attention to details . I had hired a 'gypsy' roofing company that put on a new roof that was paid for by my insurance company due to hail damage. The roofing company DID NOT provide the work as contracted .. there is a warrant for their arrest . Ga Home Pros provided me details of what needed to be done to bring the roof up to code.. I was able to work with my insurance company and hired another licensed bonded insured roofer to redo/repair/replace the roof.. Mr Webb came back to check the job and was satisfied and reassured me the roof was done properly . \t\n I recommend GEORGIA HOME PROS 100 %. with no need to consult any other inspection company. You will be glad you did. They care about their clients interest .\t\nMrs Bobbi Kanner Read More

I am a General Contractor who specializes in remodeling, improvements and repairs. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with many home inspectors. We have a division that concentrates primarily on the before, during and after needs of a home purchase. I am... always relieved when the buyer contacts me for an estimate and I learn that Georgia Home Pros did their inspection. I am confident that I will have a thorough and accurate inspection report that is easy to understand and covers all the details. The reports that I have seen from home inspectors vary greatly in quality.Georgia Home Pros are the standard by which to measure all other inspectors. I know that Scott has taken his time and been thorough and I will not find unexpected surprises when I reach the home to do my job. I recommend Georgia Home Pros to my customers with the confidence that they will be taken care of in a professional, efficient and courteous manor; all for a great value! O.J. This guy is the real thing! He spent so much time answering all my questions in detail. I learned more from him in one afternoon than my instructor has taught me in 1 month! I have bought several homes throughout the years as an investor and I have NEVER known any inspe...ctor to be so knowledgeable in the building field. The builder did not even have a clue as to what was wrong with the home and how to fix it! This "VETERAN" builder was suppose to know the building code very well and Scott had to point out several code violations on my NEW home and explain how to fix them. I am just so excited that I have found the inspector that I can truly rely upon to give me an unbiased honest thorough opinion of the biggest to the smallest problems. I will utilize his knowledge in my business and will refer everyone. After being so overwhelmed with all the things an inspector should know I have decide to not be an inspector now. I would be doing the public an injustice. Sincerely, Mick J. Read More

I couldn't believe it. My husband and I decided not to get our final inspection with Scott because we felt comfortable with the builder and the home being brand new and all. But, to our surprise almost a year later Scott stopped by the house and noticed that the doors w...ere rubbing when they closed and some did not line up with the latch. He took a closer look and analyzed the homes structure. Within 10 minutes he said we had some major structural issues. I reported it to my builder and after several letters request for the builder to do the repairs he finally commenced repairing our home. We had to move out of the home in order for him to rebuild many areas of the home. We later found out that they changed the floorplan and never got a engineering stamp to approve the changes. This is a $500,000 home. It was a mess! If it wasnt for Scott we wouldn't have known and we would have been responsible for the $120k+ in repairs after the 1 yr warranty was up. My inspector, Scott Webb was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is reflected in his answering all my questions and addressing many of my concerns. He was able to uncover many hidden and not easily detectable problems with the house. And more importantly, I f...ound Scott to be an honest person with integrity, making only prudent and well thought-after statements in giving his professional opinion. I would recommend this company to all my friends who need home inspection service. Dr. Frank Tian Xie, Alpharetta, GA Read More
