broke wheel studs AND charged ME for them breaking!
Went to buy two new tires and have them mounted. In the process, they broke four wheel studs. You would think that since they broke them, I wouldn't get charged. WRONG. They charged ME to replace them! Then they charged me for the lug nuts that were stuck since they br...oke the studs. Here's the kicker: they charged ME $85 in labor (plus tax) for replacing the studs they broke!!! I'll never go back, and recommend no one else does either. The total cost of the studs, nut and labor for the studs was $102.21 -- just for their error. My quote was $164 for the tires and mounting. I walked out of there with a bill for $279.21. Not good, folks.
