SCAM
This "business" is a scam, took money for a service that was not provided. Remoted, installed software but would not identify what they installed and would not show the installation process. When asked what the bane of the software was they named two programs that were ...already installed prior to their access. Would only offer refunds by asking for the full card number again instead of reversing charges to the card they already charged or via western union or customer logging into their bank while the "tech" was viewing it via remote.
