Gloria's Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela's kitchen in El Salvador to your ta...ble in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria's, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Good stuff...
I have been to Gloria's so many times that I started to take the food and drinks for granted. It wasn't until I went to another tex-mex restaurant for food that I realized that I needed to show my love to Gloria's for their consistently strong drinks and good food.
