GoldenWest Management

I'm so happy with this management company that I would never look for another. They have a great deal of experience and are better prepared to handle any situation that may present itself. Their friendly and easy to work with and always present themselves in a professional manner.

After managing and renting the property myself for years and then handing it over to another management company and then finally trying these guys, Im glad I have finally found the right choice. They are get to deal with and get things done!

They manage the property the way I think I would if I had the resources. They have taken care of a few repairs that will pay off in the long run and maximize the rental value now. They really take everything into consideration when dealing wit your home. I am a satisfied customer.

The communication is just as good as the service. That is one of the reasons I have been using them since 2007. I continue to be amazed and well taken care of.

They are very organized ans provide excellent communication to me about the properties. Goldenwest is one of the best property management companies I have dealt with in the Phoenix area. Being the owner of multiple investment properties, I have had my fair share with other property management companies and Goldenwest has surpassed my expectation in more that one way.
