lied to by service department
I was lied to by the service department, was told it would be one charge, and it was not. Will never go back.
my service advisor Ms Vianey Murillo is Very Professional
Ms. Murillo has always made me and my wife feel like we are part of her family. Ms. Murillo goes over all work and charges on my ticket . I find it very refreshing that it's not just about getting me in getting me out and taking my money.

facility could use some appearance improvements and be made more comfortable

Your service advisor talks to YOU about what service the car needs
Its close to my home.
I always arrive for service 30 minutes before opening time. Since 2005 something has always been missing from the coffee service area and waiting area needs to be spruced up. Toilet wouldn't flush.
