We had been aware for some time that we would be needing to replace one of our vehicles. I notified both the service and the sales staff, and they were completely prepared to show us options when I had to make the call that we needed to make the change. Within two day...s we were able to try out a vehicle which perfectly met our needs and to make a great deal for its purchase. Gowanda Ford took care of everything and before we knew it, we were driving away in our new vehicle. This is not the first time we have purchased a vehicle at Gowanda Ford. You know what to expect when you call them. Their sales and service work is sensitive to customer needs and preferences, courteous and fair. They look out for the customer in this time of advanced technology which can be bewildering. They explain, demonstrate and teach. They do so much more than just sell and service. And the customer can always depend on it.
