SALUTATIONS! MY NAME IS JOSHUA ESTES AND TOGETHER WITH MY BU...SINESS PARTNER, RICK SONTHAVILAYLACK; WE HAVE RECENTLY FORMED GREAT DECK-PECTATIONS. AT GDP, WE BUILD HIGH QUALITY DECKS AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICES.

RICK AND I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS. THAT IS WHY WE'VE DEVELOPED A SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO DIRECTLY INVEST YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY INTO YOUR HOME.

CONSEQUENTLY, WE'VE MADE IT CONVENIENT AND AFFORDABLE TO HAVE A PROPERTY-ENHANCING DECK BUILT AS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE.

FINALLY, WE HAVE STREAMLINED EVERY TANGIBLE OPERATING COST* IN ORDER TO DELIVER A MORE EASILY OBTAINABLE SERVICE WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING QUALITY AND DURABILITY.

*We've done the research, and the most affordable offer we could find was a $6 per square foot labor charge on top of a material cost of roughly $1300. For a 16' X 14' deck (complete with custom steps and railing), this would come to a grand total of $2644; and that's with YOU obtaining all of the materials and having them available for our competitor to install, not to mention YOU being responsible for having the leftover materials and any existing structures hauled away when the job is completed. We can offer you the same fully designed and installed deck for $2350 (with no hidden agendas or charges) that you will not have to lift one finger to obtain and enjoy.
