I used this program about a year ago and I have been able to keep off the weight. This has always been the problem for me, I would lose weight and regain it quickly. I guess the pace at which I lost the weight and the changes that I made were the difference this time. ...I was never hungry and I was so motivated by the results that I was getting, that it was actually very easy.
