Guaranty Bank

I have used three other banks in Springfield, and none compare to the friendly service at Guaranty Bank. Besides the friendly service, convient locations around Springfield, and many many atms, well... they offer a lot of free account features.

I have banked with Guaranty Bank for several years now. I always go to the Kearney branch, which I am always very happy with the customer service their. So I went to the Guaranty Bank on Sunshine, WOW what a different story. Went their to pull out a home loan for $40,000. Which I had 50% to put down. They refused to give me a loan and did it with hate. They wouldn't even want to try, since my credit is "less than perfect" which I guess 690 is less than perfect. So, I would only recomend using Guaranty Bank on their Kearney Branch. And would not recomend them to ANYONE to get a home loan. This just shows how people are so different from the north side and the south side. People on the south side have manners.
