Great Service For A Great Price!
These guys have been nothing but great! My VW Jetta broke down in East Tennessee on Thanksgiving and we had it towed to a shop there. That shop quoted me $1200 to change a water pump and timing belt. My father-in-law then got the idea to rent a uhaul trailer and he t...owed the vehicle back to Murfreesboro for me and we took it to Hackett Brothers. They did the repairs for $560!! They saved me a lot of money and I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had from a repair center! Not to mention, they do it all (Brakes, Repairs, Tires, Oil Changes, etc).

Great Service and Honest!
These guys are the best. They go out of their way to help and only fix what needs fixing. Their prices are very fair especially considering all that they do and provide. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They came highly recommended to us when we moved here and I h...ave referred them to everyone looking for a place to have their car worked on. I really cannot praise this company enough. Know that if you use Hackett brothers that you are in good hands at an honest and fair price.
Great service, fair prices
I have been a customer of Hackett Brothers Automotive, and of the NAPA where the Hackett brothers worked before that, for over 10 years. They are always glad to help with a problem, fix only what needs to be fixed, do good work, and their prices are fair.
