I never take the time out to write reviews but in this case I felt it was important to warn other consumers out there. I went to see this nutritionist over the course of several months, i had a couple of fairly simple goals, no complicated health issues, i followed the ...eating plan set forth for me, eliminated many things from my diet including dairy which was recommended (but I was very leery about). After months of hard work I was eager to see some positive changes, however my bloodwork came back with some horrific numbers, I was in disbelief!! Not only was all that time and effort wasted but I had done harm to my body, I was now in need of medication, I was in shock. Please take my advice and go elsewhere. Read More
