Holiday Palms

While everyone does not agree with me, some do. I think that Holiday Palms Mobile Home Park is a very good place to live, for me and my wife, during the winter months. The management here at Holiday Palms is excellent. I have known three managers since I moved in her...e and have enjoyed each manager as being informed, pleasant, consistant, fair, and honest. We have an excellent facility here and it is well maintained. There is a very nice pool, shuffle courts, tennis courts, billiard room, card room, excercise room, kitchen facilities, craft room and computer room complete with a an extensive library. The park is very well maintained with fruit trees in those lots that wish to have them and decorative planting where the lot owners wish to have them. While the streets do need a little work, Cal Am has shown the willingness to maintain them by putting very large strips of asphalt on certain parts of the road that need patching.
