I went to Ridge to purchase some movies on Fri and was greeted politely by Chico. He was all alone and the store was busy, but it did not stop him from giving me extra help when I needed it. I am writing this letter as a concern about the customer service at Ridge. I buy used movies from your Ridge location and every time I come there is alway a black gentleman with braids named Mike sitting on a garbage can, on the phone outside, or sitting on the counter.... The most disturbing thing about this is that I see his name badge as a shift leader. Then when a female named Renee waits on me I have to return to get my red clips removed. None of them assist me out on the floor and It is poor customer service. I had one good experience at the store when a guy named Chico and Reggie was there. My name is P. Kirkland and I visit the Hollywood Video on Ridge Ave. I was in debt with Hollywood around $45 in late charges. Every time I rented I paid 4-5 dollars plus the cost of my movies to rent from there. Well I was going to stop renting from Hollywood because... of the amount of late charges I had, because it was getting too expensive for me. When I returned my movies for the last time, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Chico. He asked me if I liked my movies okay and I told him that I will not be getting anymore movies due to amount of late charges.
