Very good home inspection service
Very accommodating. My seller kept changing access times and Jeff was fine with that. On-site, he took time to explain each problem and answer questions as we walked the house. By the time the inspection was done, I felt that I really knew what I needed to do and what I could ignore for a while.
Very highly recommended
As a real estate broker representing buyers and sellers since the early 90's, I understand the critical importance of a home inspection. When it came time to purchase my own home, I wanted the best. Jeff's knowledge and professionalism and his ability to translate tha...t into easily understandable terms gave me a good working knowledge of the home, the ongoing and future maintenance needed, and most of all, a comfort level that I had made the right decision to purchase the house. Very highly recommended!
