A great company with excellent customer service!
I met with Luke to rent a home and not only was he punctual he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.
The best property management company in Flint!
Ideal Homes & Realty is the best property management in Flint area. They are the most efficient property management company. They handle everything from meticulous tenant screening to cleaning and prepping the houses.
STAY AWAY Owners will lose your house and tenants will lose their home. STAY AWAY
This is the WORST property management company ever!!!! They lead us to believe the tenant wasn't paying rent when in reality they signed a lease for half of what is needed to pay the mortgage. We have lost the property and the tenant was forced out. The tenant had said ...this is the second home she got from Ideal Homes where this had happened. Property owners and tenant read the other reviews and STAY AWAY.
