Awesome service
I took my phone to their service/repair center in downtown Boise. The staff there is always great and they fixed my phone the same day for FREE (glad I have insurance). Thanks again.
Customer Service
I have had almost every cell phone carrier offered. When it comes down to it for me, Imapct Wireless haa the most knowledgable staff and seemed to be very honest wich is hard to find in a cell phone sales rep. They are always right on top of any issues I have ever had... and have provided the best customer service I have ever recieved for services I use. I would highty reccomend Impact Wireless as they personaly back up their product and seem to care about me as a customer.
