Its A Family Affair Child Care

This daycare center’s Director is the worse. She always criticizes the parents and have no respect for them. She wants everything on her time and is never appreciative of the parent’s efforts to comply with her demands. The workers there are nice and good with the c...hildren, but unfortunately the director doesn’t care about anything but her money. One time there was a terrible disease going around the center and all of the children were getting sick, she didn’t even care to try and isolate her center, all she cared about was trying not to have the center closed so she wouldn’t lose out on money. She makes the parents do mandatory fundraisers so she can use the money for her own personal gain. This director is unprofessional and only cares about making money. I had to remove my child out of this center ASAP. If you want a daycare center that only cares about money and not the warfare of your child’s health, this is the place to be. Its A Family Affair is an outstanding daycare center. My son started IAFA in July 2008. The need for quality child care is in high demand in the Prince George's County area. IAFA provides quality child care for my son that every child deserves. The staff is very friendl...y and courteous. The Director engages in feedback concerning any of your concerns or expectations for your child. It's hard as a mother to leave your child to return to the work force however it feels great as a parent to be able to drop your child off at a daycare facility with the confidence of knowing that your child will receive the same care that you give them at home. They are also great with helping to potty train. The nutrition program there is outstanding and my son looks forward to breakfast every morning. I love the fact that the staff has lots of young energetic faces. They are always happy to see my son! They all seem to love their job and the children in there class.
