IZON IS THE WORST COMPANY. Never got my gas cards i was promised and they have called me at least once a week for the last year even though I have told them over ten times to quit calling!! Dont use this company

I had my windshield replaced in june of 2008, they came to my office quickly and they arrived when they were scheduled to come out. I have used several auto glass companies in the past and 4 out of 5 times they did NOT use the original glass that came with the vehicle (...OEM) IZON came out with the EXACT same windshield that came with the vehicle. I HIGHLY reccomend letting izon take care of all your auto glass needs. There are many reports about the tele-marketing BUT when you get set up to have your glass serviced tell them to write NO TELEMARKETING on the invoice and there'll be no problems
Poor Customer Service
I called the corp office to express my concern on the leaking of my windshield and they told me that it was my problem and to deal with it and then just hung up on me.
Go to these guys!
These guys are great- they use quality glass and can even bring out a custom winshield with rain censors if needed- they are quick and convenient- they worked around my schedule, came out to my work! I am completely satisfied!
Izon Auto Glass WILL hound you
They did chip repair for me at a local car wash. The repair itself was done ok...not great, it certainly left a blemish (which the tech said it would not), but far more significantly (to me), is that they DO call you (sometimes 4 times in one week) to see if you ne...ed further windshield repair...I mean, once or twice a year would be fine, but these guys have no clue....I've complained about it, but no one listens. Use at your peril....I will never use them again.
