I don't believe their service was worth even one star. I walked in for a inspection and was told it could be 30-45 minutes. I looked around and since I didn't see anyone else in the waiting room I thought maybe it would be 45 maximum. After sitting in the waiting room w...ith my fussy 10 month old for 30 minutes I looked into the mechanics room to see the progress being done on my car, the mechanic working on it decided to take a break to eat a bag of chips. After 50 minutes in the waiting room I went and ask the clerk how much longer on my car, he said any minute. After another 15 minutes I requested the car back so I could leave. The clerk proceded to tell me he told me it would take 45 minutes (in a rude tone). Then he told me my brake light was out and he couldn't pass the inspection, They could have told me that 10 minutes into the inspection. They made me wait with my baby for over an hour, I waited another 10 minutes for my car and still had to pay for the inspection. Awful Read More

So, I go in to have my oil changed on March the12th, which took about an hour because they had to stop and eat lunch in between....no problem.....I leave the place and smell something burning, but think maybe they just spilled a little on the engine and it's burning off.......not so...I drive the next day 70 miles to Arkansas to visit a friend and he notices the smoke and suggests we open the hood and check it out.....sure enough..theres no oil cap !!! They forgot to put it on!! And by the way, no new "when to change your oil sticker" was put in my window.... So, I called and they told me to buy a new cap, bring it in and they would pay for it and top me up...which they did, and I had to wait another 30 minutes!!
