HORRIBLE
So first of all I made an appointment on Sunday and the lady remembered me. But when I went back on Wednesday she totally cancelled on me last minute. I was supposed ombre my hair Sunday but they moved me to Wednesday and then they cancelled! After that I asked if they ...can do it Thursday but they said they can't until Friday! The staff isn't very talented because only one person can do certain things like ombre hair. Also they scheduled me to a later time and put in new clients in thier schedule instead of adding me in. They always close at 3 and for some people they pushed it to 4 but when I asked if they can do that for me the ombre expert was too lazy to stay after and went home. So now I'm planning to go to a different salon and ditch this one. I am super upset because it was for my birthday and everyone was looking forward to it. My aunt spent a lot of her time to schedule and re schedule. And the employees always had a bitter attitude whenever we rescheduled and kept canceling us. Well I'm going to find another place to do my hair now. But I strongly suggest not to go here.
