Somewhere, somehow, in the UPS shipping process our item was lost. I sent an email to JC and they contacted me immediately to help. Bill with Jersey Camera personally called me 2X and sent out another item UPS 2 day, and I just received it in time to go shoot a NYE even...t! Thank you in helping resolve this issue quickly. I had a problem with a snap on a camera bag which I bought about 2 months ago. I went into the store seeing if they could suggest a way to fix the latch, the sales person walked up to me looked at the bag and said, OK let me replace that for you. I wasn't trying to get ...a replacement, it was well beyond their store return/exchange policy. I'm impressed, thank you Jersey Camera.
