MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED
I WAS TRAVELING THRU STREETSBORO IN JANUARY OF 2007 WHEN MY CAR BROKE DOWN. THERE WERE MANY CHOICES IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR CAR REPAIR PLACES, AND I RANDOMLY PICKED ONE. THE NAME OF THE SHOP WAS JIMYZ AUTOMOTIVE. I DO NOT THINK I COULD HAVE PICKED A BETTER PLACE! THE ...STAFF REALLY MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. THEY EVEN OFFERED A COMPLETE STRANGER USE OF A LOANER CAR SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY AT THEIR SHOP. NOT THAT I WOULD HAVE MINDED, IT PROBABLY WAS ONE OF THE CLEANEST SHOPS IVE EVER SEEN! IM SURE I COULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND AND GOTTEN A LOWER PRICE ON THE REPAIRS, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND OFFERED ME A NATIONWIDE WARRANTY. OVERALL, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED ANY BETTER THAN I WAS.
