Worst customer Service Ever
Ordered new Beats Tour by Dr. Dre and they send me a crappy used one that doesn't work. Attempted to exchange it and send the used earphone back over a month ago, and still not received a new one. The shop kept saying we will send a new one but never delivered one. They even respond to emails once a week if that. Terrible Service!!
