Great Job
I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's in 2009. Never had any problems until a week ago it started leaking water all over my floor. I remembered i had purchased an extended warranty, so I called the 800 number for service. The company was New corp. They were very friend...ly and dispatched the call to JMC Watchdog Home Services. I was told that the service center would contact me, but I wasn't expecting same day service! The technician John, showed up and within 15 minutes, not only found the problem but fixed it! He even cleaned my floor under the refrigerator and shined up the doors.You just don't find that type of service anymore. I would highly recommend JMC Watchdog, and will definitely use them again.
Great service
I have a GE refrigerator just out of warranty and it quit cooling. Well due to the economy, needless to say money as well as quality is an issue. I called several local companies and imagine my shock, to find out that minium service calls were anywhere from 75.00 to 100....00 dollars. Jmc saved my refridge as well as my wallet..great company, reasonable cost and prompt service..I will use them again... :)
Problem Solved!
My maytag refrigerator just stopped working. I had a GE extended contract so I called the 800 number for service. Four days later A&E factory service arrived. The tech said the power cord was loose in the wall and he left. Later that day it crashed again. I called GE an...d after waiting 45 minutes, they assigned the call to Action Appliance. The girl at action told me that they sent the call back to Ge because they would not go behind A&E. At this point, I was so frustrated that I called the Home Depot where I purchased the unit. The salesman told me that he wasn't supposed to recommend anyone but gave me a number.I called them and they had a tech out to me within 30 minutes. I don't even think 3 minutes went by, John had already diagnosed the problem. In no time he had it up and running. It has never worked better. I just wish I knew about JMC from the beginning. It would have saved a lot of time. He even got me reimbursement for my lost food. I would Highly recommend this company!
Not all Technicians are created equal.
When I purchased my LG washer, I bought a GE protection plus extended warranty.The technician they sent told me he didn’t know anything about LG Appliances because they were a new product. I called the 800 number again, so they sent me JMC Appliance Repair. Not only d...id the technician, immediately find the problem, but he had all of the parts right there on his truck. John had it fixed in no time. He told me that he had been working for GE for almost 10 years handling the extended warranties and that he also worked for LG since 2004. Guess it does matter who you get! Thank You, JMC!

excellent service
Thank You JMC. I don't know what I would have done without the quick service on my LG washer. My clothes were piling up and I didn't want to go to the laundry. I called and they were able to come out and have the part installed within a day. I know I will recommend them to everyone I know.
