Wow, I just left a post and this web site afterwords asked me to compliment them and gave a bunch of options to click on, one was them being "Environmentally Friendly" I could imagine anyone would ever choose that considering the state of Vermont won a law suit against ...John Leo's and sons for NOT being "Environmentally friendly". again wish I knew these people enjoyed trying to kill our beautiful mother earth and great state of Vermont! As a business owner my partner and I have never seen such poor and rude service and unethical business behavior! John Leo's are bottom line thieves! they lie, steel , and rip of their customers. I STRONGLY suggest taking care of your needs elsewhere and not risk your bu...siness and life to this horrible and disrespectful business. We are now having to deal with a lawsuit against John Leo's for over $30,000. I'v never had to call the police on anyone in my life or ever thought of filing a law suit against someone but after being ripped off over $30,000 by john leo's have now had to go that route. 1 Star since you can't rate ZERO stars! John Leo's is horrible, unethical, and has behind the scene's intentions to scam customers! Do not trust their service or their storage unit facilities! A relative passed away and I had to leave the state for about a month fallin...g behind on my payment by 1 month, they called and I told them the situation and that I would be in at the end of the month to pay June's bill as well as July's. When there I told them I would be out of state to deal with this loss and my be late on the next one but EVERYTHING I own, between $20-30,000 worth of many years of my life, and I recived a call from them leaing a message at 7am saying my payment was 15 days past due and if they did not receive payment they were auctioning everything off at 9am, giving me 2 hours, I contacted them right away and told them I would drive up to Vermont and be there on Friday if that was ok, this was Tuesday, they said that was fine. by Fri, it was all gone! not even 30 days late Read More
