I called John for my LG microwave, he was on time, it was fixed and he was clean. Very nice person. Very trustworthy. I would recommend him to my mom!

Knowledgeable application of service repair on our LG appliances.
Other "well known" repair companies had come out and charged us and not fixed the problem. Would recommend him highly. He is punctual and dependable. Wow what a change from waiting for 4 to 6 hours for a window of repair time.

JOHN HAS REPAIRED SEVERAL OF MY APPLIANCES OVER THE YEARS, AND THOSE OF MY NEIGHBORS. HE IS EXTREMELY FAIR, GOING SO FAR AS TO TELL ME WHEN I AM BETTER OFF REPLACING AN APPLIANCE INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM TO REPAIR IT. YOU WONT BE SORRY YOU CALLED HIM
Very unprofessional. Quotes one price, charges another
Called John Wright HAS for a quote on a very simple repair. Quoted me $120 for all parts and services. Came to house next day and performed repair which took under an hour but charged $180 dollars for it. Claimed he forgot some price in the quote but the $60 jack-up ...came from nowhere. When I mentioned the price discrepancy he became defensive and his solution was to undo the repair and leave. Kept the repair but would not do business with again. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
