Hair goer beware
Went to Joseph three times. 1st time was great the price was nt what I thought it was going to be since he was running a special Highlights & Haircut $125.00. He gave me a run around about he did things xtra but didnt let me know of the xtra cost. I was pleased so I did...nt mind paying the xtra $40.00. 2nd time was just alright the price was cheaper then the 1st time by $20.00 only and I was there half the time. The special was still running. I felt rushed and felt just ok about my hair. The 3rd time was awful! There for an hour only for highlights & cut. That inself is unheard of. My hair was orange on the roots and I express how unhappy I was. He was fighting with his daughter in Russian, I felt uncomfortable .He told me to come back in a few days if I wasnt happy, I never went back bc I was so busy and the last expreience was so awkward. The price was different again. This time it was $140.00. I will never return.
