Very Helpful
We worked with Harry and put a cash deposit on a home. However later the deal did not go through. (No fault of Harry at all. These things happen some times.) However I called Harry and he immediately wrote me a check to return the cash we had given him. I was VERY happy in my dealings with Harry and Gene. They both were very Professional.
Had great dealings with K-Max, Harry Goldman
I have bought 2 homes through Mr. Goldman in the past 10 years and I had good dealings with him. You have to understand the mobile home financing, down payments and lot rents before you buy, it is not like buying a single family home, I suspect that anyone who bought a home through K-Max and was disgruntled did not do there "homework" .

Shady dealings
In my opinion K-Max should not be your realtor of choice. Just take my word for it.......stay clear of K-Max Realty.
