peta says it is a crime to hoard dogs
This place doesn't deserve 1 star! Kathkeen mcintosh has been in litigation for years with georgetown courts. in march 2013 and after years of litigation. kathleen mcintosh has been told that her rescue is a business and not a non profit org. There are dogs and lots o...f them but very few adoptions were ever made. Don't waste your time. you will be turned down . i watched these rescue doga age in the past 10 months of pictures. just put her name on google. and see all the litigation abound. PETA says dog hoarding is a crime and she is now running a business not a non profit or.
