Great local family company
I find them to be honest and very approachable, also, very knowledgable as well.
The best
Dont hesitate to use them. They are awesome and to the point. They also inspect for different environmental issues.
Top notch
I highly recommend them. Very knowledgable!
Awesome
I used Kerfin for my inspection and I have to tell you that they are excellent. I saved around 15 k on the house purchase.
Very happy
Kerfin did our home inspection and did a top notch job. they went on the roof, went in the crawl space and even inspected the kitchen cabinets. I almost did not do the inspection but I am glad I did. I recommend them very much.
They rock
Just moved in and because of Kerfin Inspections we found out that the sewer line had major damage and cost the seller 6k. totally recommend them.
