We never get a daily invoice
They drop off the papers, usually not what we ordered, and we have never gotten a daily invoice like we do from another dealer at our store in Putnam. They just leave them with no daily invoice and our bill is always wrong, like they don't know how many we are supposed to get and just charge us for whatever they want to.
Terrible customer service
No customer service at all from this company. If they make a mistake and you call for help, the phone rings and rings, but nobody answers. They screw up the order and don't know how to bill.
