LADY GRACE BEAUTY SPA

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had for trying to book my massage that I paid for thru Groupon. First I call the number on my paper at 10:35 am and I get no answer. Then I try to call again at 11:50 am and i get through to someome on the phone (dont reme...ber who.. but im assuming it was Lady Grace herself) and I explain to ther why im calling Lady Grace Beauty today and I'm explaining how I bought a massage through Groupon.... I get a " Um I dont know, I would have to see. Im booked for the next 2 weeks, im in the car right now. I will to call you back when I get to the office." So at first I was thinking... Didnt I call the office phone ? How is she in a car during business hours if I called the business phone ? but I shrugged it of because I was like.. Ok, no problem, she'll call me back. She Didnt..... So then I tried calling the next day a little earlier then I did before because I figure maybe if I try at a different time, I could reach her better to schedule mine and my boyfriend's appointments. No answer .. so I was thinking maybe its too early, so I tried again on my lunch break... no answer. Now its 3:50 and I try again to call.., No answer.... stilling giving them the beneifit of the doubt i think maybe they are closed today. They then call me back at 7pm. I unfortionally I missed their call. So I tried the next day at all different times again. Needless to say i called a bunch more times through out the day and left countless voicemails asking them if the can leave me another number that i can get in contact with to schedule my appointments. Call them again on the next day... got a missed call from them while i was in work. I called back on my lunch break and got nothing, Called back again after work... Got nothing. Now this is annoying... how are you this "business" yet doesnt answer the phone and never calls you back. I just dont understand how everytime i called no one ever answered... how do run a business like that. Shouldnt someone be answering the phone at all times? idk... I gave up because now it had became an annoying/ pointless game of phone tag.. yet she is the business owner ? im still shocked... So i called Groupon and had them refund my money. I wish I could give this place no stars - I couldnt even get an appt! I purchased a Groupon a while back for a facial & eyebrow threading just to try it out. I have called this business multiple times to schedule an appointment and sometimes they answer the phone but u...sually it rings until you reach their voicemail. Whenever this lady with a super thick accent does pick up she is very short with you, rushes through the conversation as if you are intruding on her. I have honestly attempted to set an appt at least 10 times but they never seem to have any availability that would not conflict with my schedule. I also played an annoying game of phone tag with them throughout this process. I have made every effort to find a time that was available for them and feasible for me but she was not helpful whatsoever. After my tenth attempt in explaining to her my time restraints I finally gave up and politely thanked her for the last time. I called Groupon and got a full refund. Thank God! \r\n\r\nAfter all this drama, I would never want to go there. If you have a busy schedule, dont bother trying to be seen here. *They are not accommodating at all*. My skin is very allergic to beuty products so i was always scared to go and get the facials done..!!! But today when I went for t...he facial at LADY GRACE BEAUTY SPA.. Parul make sure what type of skin I have and accordingly she did my threading and facials...!!!!! And believe It felt like I was in Heaven...!!!! Had BEST EXPERIENCE EVER...!!!! Over here..!!!!!! I have been to a lots of other places for Brazilian wax but always had ingrown hairs and skin reactions but after my first visit at Lady Grace I have never gone to anyone else because they really know what they are doing and I am so glad I found them
