Lawn Quenchers

I hired this company in Sept 2012 to install my system at a cost of over $4500. I was promised it would be complete in 3 days, although there was weather a couple days it took over 3 weeks to complete and most days only had one employee there. Also there was damage to... my foundation which was and still has not been rectified as well as heads not level and left a hill in my yard where some of the equipment is that I had to personally buy soil and sod for. I have been a satisfied customer for over three years ...Additionally ,Rich has installed at my in laws house and many of my neighbors as well .. The only detriment to the company was an arrogent employee whom has recently left ..This person was the only down side t...o lawn quenchers and i am very happy he no longer represents this company.. Rich gave me his personal cell number to deal with him dirctly (which I did ) I have come to realize that this former employee has sent derogitory emails about lawn quenchers to a number of my neighbors and I'm sure other customers ... displaying his lack of professionalism . Rich is an honest ,courtious professional who believes in treating his customers fairly ....I would without a doubt reccommend Lawn Quenchers to any of my friends .. for both quality and prompt service . I had my sprinkler system installed by lawnquenchers in August. There service and workmanship was awesome. There installation was very fast. They left my lawn looking virtually untouched. I especially like they placed the zones and rotars so as to keep cost down ...to a minimum. From the time I requested an estimate, the team at Lawn Quenchers was immediate and prompt in the response and scheduling. When they arrived the installation group was courteous, proficient and minimal disturbance of the grass. When they were through, there was a little... overseeding required where the lines were put. The system itself, lives up to the name, Lawn Quencher. With the design of the system, it provides surplus coverage with minimal times in operation. The follow up after installation was excellent. I had just sceduled winterization and the team was timely and completed the task as scheduled.
