Owner needs to give the place some attention
Too many electrical cords all over the place on the floor and just lying around. Also the blowers are very annoying. There is no reason they have to be on the floor as they can be located above the play things with them and the heavy duty cords out of the way. Looks lik...e no attention to detail has gone into the setup. Kids had fun though so four stars. Otherwise would have been 5.
WORST BOUNCE LOCATION EVER...OWNER PREJUDICED AGAINST CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
If I could make this 0 stars, or even negative I would...the poor excuse for a human being who runs this sub-par business made my child cry and refused to allow him to bounce because he has a disability which requires him to wear braces on his ankles. He advised me that... after paying and much arguing, he would refund the cost for my son, but not the 3 other children that were with me, and that my son would have to sit out and watch his brother and friends play....I will never visit this establishment again...Bounce magic is so much better and more accomadating....
If you want your child to be safe, this is the "bounce house" place to go!!
The facility is CLEAN and run in an efficient manner. It's smaller than the competitor which is great so you can keep an eye on your child from just about any vantage point. Unlike, the competitor's facility where a child could EASILY be abducted out the hidden Exit door, this facility is open and safe. We very much enjoy going to Leaps N Bounce!!
10 and under - great fun
This is a great place to take the kids to get all the energy out! It is a bit costly, so take advantage of the later hour fare. Two hours it typically a good amount of time anyway.
Poorly supervised
I took my 3 and 8 year old for their first visit this week. I found the bounce houses poorly supervised with just one teenager on the whole floor looking off into space while children were indiscriminantly sliding into the children at the bottom of each setup. The hou...se that was setup to be the "toddler" house was basically hijacked by older boys who were playing much too rough and were never asked to leave the house. Our visit ended after 20 minutes of anxiety inducing visions of my 3 year old being trampled! The visit wound up costing about 80c per minute and perhaps some therapy! It was absolutely the kind of place that parents dump their kids to burn off some energy while they camp themselves at a table and check-out for an hour. No quality inteaction going on here.
