About Legacy M., LLC
Legacy M is your professional source for foreclosure junk removal in S.W. Washington State. Our business prides itself on good old fashioned values!
- We bid jobs completely the first time, as we know your time is valuable.
- Our team is professiona...l and intelligent and we go above and beyond to do the job right.
- Family owned and operated and giving back to our local community to help prevent foreclosures.
We are strictly removal experts, as we don’t do any construction or repair work.
What we DO offer is an opportunity to get homes "market ready" at a much more reasonable price.
Our services put homes back on the market much sooner than a general contractor, and potential buyers are often looking for homes they can customize themselves.
We are always looking to network with professionals who may need our services! Please feel free to contact us as we're the type of people who answer our phones and return calls! ;)

I'm astonished!!
You guys did an excellent job for me and I am recommending you to everyone at the office! You definitely did more than the "average" removal company would do and believe me, I've worked with several. I will be using you again soon, thanks!!
Great service, great people!
I hired Legacy M LLC on a clean-out for a house in Eatonville. They really know how to work hard, and they do a great job! Glad to recomend them for cleaning on foreclosures, abandoned properties, and even new construction/commercial clean-up. They are top notch!
Once again you are SO good!
Not sure if my previous review came through, but you guys did such a great job on our rental clean-out, thank you!!
Great services!
I hired Legacy M LLC to clean out one of my rentals. Our previous tenants had left the place in such a mess, we thought we would have to demo and rebuild. The team at Legacy M came in and removed
Best of the Best!
You guys did a fantastic job on our Park Place house! It sold the day after we listed it and Mr. Gates was very pleased! The before and after photos were a huge selling point and thank you for those. We expected to need a final sales clean when you were finished but ...you did such a great job, we didn't even need it. Thanks for the quick turn around and your Mortgage Magazine story & the trends you are setting in this industry are great. Let's chat soon!
