The dealership cares 0 about the customer service that is delivered by the service advisors. There is 0 communication between the departments so when problems arise resolutions take longer than necessary. They seem to run without regard to professionalism or common co...urtesy. Be sure not to give them too much freedom because they will take the first chance to lie to you about the completion of a service so unfortunately close follow up is necessary don't take their word for anything.
