I was greeted promptly. My Rep took my car as soon as I drove in for my 8:00 AM appointment. My service was completed at a reasonable time. The Wait Area was very clean and refreshments were available. I think my Rep's name was Nick. It was also a good perk to get the complimentary car wash.
