Worse Color Ever
Will never go back and would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone . Went for color and cut and came out with my hair FRIED she left color on too long and then when she cut it ,its all uneven because she tried to cut out the damaged that she caused. I called salon and t...hey never returned my call ,Leon s studio certainly does not know how to run a business and does NOT stand by there work. I will be calling the BBB and reporting this . I rate this Salon a 0. A lot of salons on Main St to pick from stay away from this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sweet home loc
Made THREE apts for the same day; one at 10am, bumped me because they were too busy to do a color,. One at noon, bumped me again, didn't want to do color before lunch... finally said I would come back at 3pm because I wanted my hair colored for an event that evening and... was desperate, they frakin bumped me AGAIN! They couldn't do it before close that evening! Mind you they had time to cut my brothers hair and my husbands hair in that time....\t\n\t\nThe girl I normally saw knew who I was because I tipped very well for her work...I will never return.
Stylist lied and colored my hair the color I didn't want
Today I went into the salon for hair color services. I requested an ashy color and made a point of stating that I did not want a neutral or warm shade of the color because my hair pulls red. Guess what?--The stylist, without my prior knowledge or approval, decided to go... with a non-ashy shade and my hair ended up red and ugly. When I complained, I was told to never call or visit Leon's again. So, I've filed formal complaints with governmental supervisory agencies and have requested that my credit card company NOT PAY them for services NOT rendered. \t\n\t\nGo elsewhere--there are a lot of good salons nearby!
