Liberty Disposal Inc

Liberty has always provided great service with very polite workers. However, a couple days ago I watched as the recycle truck was operated with just the driver and no helper. He was really hustling to keep up, but again demonstrated a great work ethic.

These folks are clueless when it comes to customer service. They are unreliable, and if they miss your pickup, you get to store your trash for another week. Do yourself a favor and pick another company.

This people are clueless, I stop service and they Charge me $30 to pick up and clean the trash can. I sing up with Cycleworks, they gave me a card to mail to Liberty canceling with them, Liberty called me very upset cux I cancel, Well guess what, they handle the situati...on very bad, the lady was rude and unprofessional, so the was no way I was going to give them my business, I call to pay the $30 today and they never put the cancelation in the system but they did stop picking my trash up and also mailed me a $30 bill.
